I have 20 fucking $ to my name and am unemployed plus my druggie asshole roomate ownes me for 2 months rent and him and his gf have turned my fuckin house into a glorified crackden....jeezus is it check out time for me..it sure as fuck sounds like it so yeah laugh at me i don't care call me a wimp pussy "gaymc" go for it all guys I don't give a shit anymore???:(

Thanks Rob,I was kinda crying in my beer when I typed that the buzz I had wasn't a good one as instead of getting shitfaced and being happy it was the polar opposite Anyway it was one of those days where ya felt like everything was closing in on ya. As for the roomate, I have a speech ready for his ass if he ever comes home and i'll give him time to find another place cuz I'm not having his bullshit in my house anymore. he goes and parties and works his dead end job and crashes here at my house whenever he feels like it and his dipsy dumbass 20 y/o gf ruins my house with her roadkill stench cooking and her piss poor house manners I'm sick of it. And as for the Gremlin. I found some rot in the roof and went to picking at it anbd suddenly I have all the glass out save for the windsheild and I cracked it yesterday trying to get the trim off and if you go on the suspention section of Frans forum you'll see pics of the clusterfuck i'm going through with my springs. there's a lot of stuff you can do to get rid of the household pests. best thing is a direct approach. tell em your sick of em and need em gone. hesitant? try the bank forclosure eviction notice bit. I had some renters who decided to fuck me over. I told them I sold the place and they had 30 days to make new arrangements. they stole everything.left me a couple months worth of trash. he was an arkansas white trash slob and she was a fat mexican whore.the two kids were a mix of that... nice folks. don't miss em at all.

I don't care how broke you are, roomates will only make you broker and more unhappy. garanteed. they will break and steal ALL your shit, eat all your food, crumbs, wrappers and all, leave the dishes in the sink for you to clean, ask for loans, never pay a cent back.
