Those look pretty darn good, I think you'd have to go to a remote filter system so you could use a GM filter. I didn't see one for AMC/Buick

I take that back, they do make a direct replacement filter for us.
I might have to get one.

The guy who founded Dart Cylinder Heads is an AMC guy, you'd think he'd make us some heads.

I dunno, he's pretty smart. look at the other aluminum heads... not much better than iron heads done right. maybe he's afraid he can't improve the design much and don't wanna get into that mess...

I've always been taken back with these reusable filters in that they don't filter very well in the ISO or SAE tests. But for drag racing where your biggest problem can be fuel dilution, I guess it could save money in the long run.

Get you a toilet paper filter. At least if you quit driving your car you can put the filter to good use in the crapper! Very Happy

By the way, a British man named Thomas Crapper invented the first indoor toilet. Ruined his family name didn't he? Shocked

This is one of the few times I'm not shittin' ya (no pun intended). The guy who invented the shitter was named Thomas Crapper. Hence the reason these days we now say "I need to take a crap!" If he had been named "Spudster" for example, today we'd be takin' a spud! It's really one of the funniest facts I've ever run across.

The same thing still happens today. If I say "I got a Lewinsky" everyone knows it's a blow job. Just takes one notorious person to make everyone run out and change their family name! Laughing Very Happy Laughing
